1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SEOWRAP ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEOWRAP is a free web application that:

  • Connects to your Google Search Console account via Google OAuth 2.0
  • Retrieves and displays your SEO data from the year 2025
  • Generates 8 animated "stories" visualizing your SEO performance
  • Allows you to export and share these stories on social media

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Access

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring you have the right to access the Google Search Console data you connect
  • Complying with Google's Terms of Service

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices or branding

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding your data), is owned by SEOWRAP and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your Google Search Console data. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of generating your SEO Wrap.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That results will be accurate or reliable (data depends on Google Search Console)
  • Availability of the Service at all times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google OAuth, Google Search Console API, Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of non-infringement
  • Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOWRAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruption or data loss
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to us (which is $0 as the Service is free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEOWRAP, its creator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you share or export from the Service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Analytics and Tracking

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the Service. This data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy and Google's Firebase terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, you must revoke SEOWRAP's access to your Google Search Console through your Google Account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SEOWRAP regarding the use of the Service.
